Joe Layburn and the Hardcash team discovered a young North Korean man, aliased as Ahn Chol, who was filming undercover so the world could see what was happening in his home country: the country where both his parents starved to death.
His devastating footage shows some of the estimated 200,000 street children, mostly orphans, scrounging for food in mud and drains, neglected by surrounding adults and by the state, which claims they live in it boobs.
