Chicago Poverty is also investigating the deadly heroin epidemic that killed more than 150 people in the winter of 2006.
“I told you. Now I’m going to tell you,” said a homeless man as he led the crew through some of the most crime-ridden areas on Chicago’s South and West sides and into the drug trade itself.
