Sun Tzu’s most famous work is The Art of War, hailed as the authoritative work on military strategy and tactics before the collapse of the Chinese Empire. Consisting of 13 chapters, Sun Tzu’s Art of War is one of the most famous studies of successful military strategy.

The most fundamental principle of Sun Tzu is that “deception is paramount in warfare”, and he believes that “the art of war is so great that it is possible to subjugate without fighting.” One of his strategies emphasizes the importance of knowing yourself and your enemy: “Know yourself and your enemy, and be fearless in all battles.
