The Coca-Cola Case

This is how companies treat people, especially people in developing countries. In this feature-length documentary, directors German Gutierrez and Carmen Garcia present a scathing indictment against the Coca-Cola empire and its alleged kidnapping, torture and murder of union leaders trying to improve labor conditions in Colombia, Guatemala and Turkey.

The filmmakers follow in the footsteps of labor lawyers Daniel Kovalik and Terry Collingsworth and Stop Killer Coke activists! The Ray Rogers campaign is trying to hold the US beverage giant accountable in the legal and human rights battle.

Many union leaders at the Coca-Cola Colombia bottling plant were assassinated. Hundreds of other Coca-Cola workers were tortured, kidnapped and/or illegally arrested by violent paramilitaries who often worked closely with management.
