A feature-length documentary that makes the case for a necessary transition from the socioeconomic-monetary paradigm that currently dominates world society.
This theme will go beyond questions of cultural relativism and traditional ideology to connect the central empirical foundations of human and social existence and extrapolate these unchanging natural laws into a new sustainable social paradigm known as the resource economy .
It does this in a very clear way, starting with an examination of the constraints that shape our behavior, through the failure of the money/market system, the resulting socio-economic collapse, and finally the transition to a resource-based economy for human progress . (if we survive)
After addressing the issues that may still remain after the appendices, I find it hard to believe that people would try to “debunk” the ideas presented in this film. This is tantamount to trying to debunk science itself.
