The documentary Zeitgeist: The Movie, written by Peter Joseph, reflects on the myth of Jesus, the 9/11 attacks and the Federal Reserve, as well as a host of conspiracy theories related to all three themes. It was released online for free via Google Video in June 2007. The revised version had its world premiere on November 10, 2007 at the 4th Annual Artist Film Festival and Artist Awards. The film aroused great interest from the public.
If you dig deep enough into any of the problems and solutions presented in the film, you’ll find that there’s a real truth to each problem. We were lied to! It’s that simple. We need to wake up on a planetary level and work for a planet free of fossil fuels. We cannot wait and debate whether “God” exists. Stop giving details and take action. We are running out of time and our most important resource. If there is a God, I doubt he likes this use of money and the monetary system, and how those in power (with money) use it only for their own benefit and further destroy the environment and all life on this planet.
think about it. Six corporations (mainly made up of families married to each other for years) determine the fate of humanity and the planet through advertising revenue and blatant abuse of power. Are we standing here like sheep? Or will we work together to help change the future of humanity for the benefit of all?
We choose to be greedy, we choose to hate, we choose to categorize each other, we choose to bend the rules and leave a word to judge where neither of us has the judgment. We can only do our best. It’s not even about belief, it’s about being human. How we choose to treat our humanity is only a choice. We all have the same finish line to look forward to. Faith is what you hope for after crossing.
